The scan looks for the setup NEAR showed in August 2026, before its run from about $1.60 to $4.60: a quiet sideways base, then trading volume jumping to 2–4× normal, a close above the base, and the coin outperforming Bitcoin. Each coin gets up to 100 points:

Stages. Early breakout: volume up and price just clearing its base. Accumulation: heavy volume while price holds flat. Trending: an established uptrend. Extended: strong, but likely late.
